This one meme defines the last several years of increasing madness

Today a friend shared this meme with me, and I think it perfectly encapsulates all the government and media gaslighting that has taken place over the past few decades.

From government/media lies and cover-ups about WMDs in Iraq that cost millions of Iraqis their lives and homes (and many American’s lives too), to the COVID “masks are useless”, “Wait no, masks are mandatory or grandma dies”, to the latest Big Lie: that the U.S. president is not a demented basket case.

If you’ve ever wandered what civilizational collapse looks like, this is it, folks.

The New York Times, and the media at large, is a government mouthpiece; desperately trying to fluff up and enamor themselves to a political class that is so out of touch they don’t even pretend the average American has any intelligence left. They just lie to your face and expect you to sit calmly and take it.
